I agree with some of this
But I grew up in the 90s, I was bullied but it was confined to the schoolyard (except for occasions where I was chased or followed outside of school)
But there was escape. There was school holidays. Once I was home I could read a book, or pour myself into art. The problem now is that bullying is 24/7 because they are screenagers and they are bullied online as well. When you’re a teenager high school is your world you don’t really see that one day it’s over and you’re released into the adult world and you can leave it all behind.
So I have some sympathy.
But then on the other hand I think being bashed was the best thing that ever happened in terms of my manhood
