I can relate to some of this although my situations different. I have been to a lot of therapists too and most of them aren't going to be able to help much in my opinion. The best people for advice are people who actually know you and if you can't talk to them I don't know how else someone outside can really understand anything. For me it has been hard to find good services because all the places that deal with that stuff are used to common issues but I need to go to get meds. I would just not take them but they have actually been helping me signifantly think clearer and I may be in jail without them.
Is it normal that I have no one to turn to?
