  • Depression and anxiety is something I've been dealing with for years now. As well as some compulsive issues..
    I have tried seeing many, MANY therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and not one has seemed to help me. You just have to reach out to others despite the awkwardness and find someone you can talk about your feelings with. Change your routine, find beauty in the little things, and notice when your having negative thoughts and change it to a positive thought, get in the habit of doing this.
