  • Nightmares are normal they are there so we can survive longer, people have nightmares to help or warn them it can be a disorder but try learning to control your dreams most people can, try thing or something nice and plesent, if a nightmare comes to arise than think of it more and get more sleep maybe that will help 7 hours maybe 5 to 7 is healthy but maybe your body is in panic of something in the day try to remember what it was. Dreams help us sort our memmories remember that
