I have had many different sexual partners, but I have never had an orgasm from sex, I just fake it all the time.

    I'm sad to sad that there are women who have never had an orgasm. Or that they can't with a man & can only through masturbation. That would suck but you can Google it yourself & read up on it.
    TBH I myself have much trouble ejaculating in a women myself
