Dude, I could have honestly written this. I sometimes ask myself "wtf is wrong with me?" But honestly I just say this cause I'm frustrated, I know that I'm a decent human being. As I'm sure you yourself know that about yourself. If guys have approached you with the single thought of getting in your pants then lets be honest, it's better to be alone than end up with one of those douchebags. I'm actually one of the only people in my group that is single, and even the other person in the group at least had a person like him, no girl has ever even wanted to hold my hand. But I have faith, I know that if I keep putting myself down then honestly, I wouldn't even want to be around a person like me. So I guess what I'm saying is to be positive, if you have a positive attitude then at least you know that life won't be so bad.
Also I want to believe that love isn't a person you befriend. If you befriend someone that doesn't mean that they will like you down the road. Friendship is being nice to someone because you care about them as a person, not someone you want to have sex with. I'm not saying that you come off like that type OP, honestly I just wrote that for whoever else is reading this. Anyways, OP you don't sound arrogant or mean, you just sound frustrated, and hey we've all been there. I definitely have! And I still think about it some nights. But honestly don't freak out if you're still single, you're probably a decent human being and you just have to have faith that someone will see that. But don't be a wallflower, if you like someone, ask them out see what happens. Just don't expect a guy to fall from the sky and love you.
Warning: I say this with regard to whoever reads this. Just because you're single doesn't mean that you're hideous, you're probably attractive and don't know it. But I want people to know that just because it hasn't happened for them yet that they should become a cynic. Don't be a cynic, see the good in people and try to be positive. You'll be surprised how far a positive attitude will take you.
Compliment (one of the best I've ever read): Be happy with who you are because if you were a character in a novel then people would probably love you for all your weird quirks and mannerisms.
you really made my day :D i read wht u wrote this morning and i was excited all day for no reason haha i mean at least someone gets what im trying to say.. my friends made fun of me when i told them and said well you deserve more and you r being hard to get cause you respect and love ur self! so thank you and them :D sometimes it gets really stupid and intense but still being positive only way i guess and yeah good things happen to you when you are and good times will come! i just need someone to remind me that every once in a while !! ty again x
