Is it normal that I have never been vaccinated?

  • I'm sure you've been vaccinated..were you born in a hospital? Chances are, you were and there's no way they could release you without giving you some vaccinations. Also, did you go to public school? You need to have been vaccinated in order to go.

    • Not true. Whenever the topic of vaccinations came up in school, my mom just needed to sign something to show that she didn't believe in it. As for in the hospital, I don't think I was ever vaccinated. Not on my mom's watch, atleast.

      • Wow, that's really interesting. As long as you're healthy, I don't see any reason to go and get vaccinated now. It could easily make you very ill.

        • Do you think so? I don't know, I'm thinking that if this is something infants go through, then my immune system must be strong enough to handle it at my age. I'll just have to talk to my doctor about it.

          • I'm not sure, I'm no doctor :}. Good idea, you should talk to yours. They usually ask you if you're up to date with your immunizations. Good luck!
