Is it normal that i have little white spots in my labia minora?

So I have inside my folds little white spots surrounding my clitoris.. They're not itchy and they don't bother me, at first I thought it was lack of hygene because I can take it off with a q-tip and looks like dirt or something (but white) So I started washing that part more carefully with soap.. but they're not gone! I know for a fact it's not an STD since I'm a virgin and like I said it doesn't bother me.. but I don't like the way it looks and imagine if I do get action someday O_O I want to look good you know? anyway, is it normal? if so, you know what I have and how I can resolve it?

    Some girls just have little bumps and ridges there. It's normal. Everyone is different. As your body matures, things become more textured. But if you can taketem off so easily ten idk what it is
