Is it normal that i have issues with my height?

I'm successful, attractive, athletic, well-endowed, and confident: except when it comes to my height. I don't have a problem meeting and keeping women, in fact I've been in a relationship for about 2 years. However, I feel like my height is always going to keep me from being completely confident in myself. Ladies, how would you feel about a guy like me? Fellas, do you find yourself in a situation?

Is It Normal?

  • Girls aren't as picky about height as guys think!I know it's deffinatly not yje first thing I notice aout a guy. Be confident and charming and sweet. Those charactaristics are WAAAY more important to girls.

  • to be honest you didn't say if you were short or tall
    but it shouldn't matter really.

Go watch BSG. Look at Gaius & Caprica 6. Ever notice she's a head taller than him? Do you think that matters really?

But seriously, anyone who insults you over your height isn't worth knowing anyway. If they truly want you then they won't even care what you look like.

They'll be more like Amy talking about Rory..

You know when, sometimes you meet someone so beautiful, and then you actually talk to them and five minutes later, they’re as dull as a brick? Then there’s other people, and you meet them and you think, ‘Not bad; they’re okay.’ And then you get to know them, and their face sort of becomes them, like their personality is written all over it. And they just turn into something so beautiful

  • Happily 6,2. Not great on the looks score and decidedly average in the endowment dept! Be careful what you wish for.

On the other side, petite chicks are just sooooooo hot! Any chick over 5.7 is just too big for me!

  • One problem that you might not associate with being taller, unless you are, is that girls that are of average height, appear short to me, and therefore a touch less desirable as a consequence. Which I think is a negative.

    • I see what you're saying, but I wouldn't mind a height difference like that

      • I see girls of "average" height, 5'4" as they so relentlessly believe, as proportionally wide, and therefore remind me of donkey from Shrek...I mean don't get me wrong I'm not gonna say no, but it's just a lingering thought in the back of my mind, that I shall surely judge myself for later.

  • 5'8-5'9 is fine to a 5'4 girl like me! My height or less is a turn off, but that's me.

  • yes how tall, you could be 7 foot we dont know

    • 5'8"-5'9" (varies based on doctor's, self measurement, place of measurement, etc.)

      • I would say no, since your only about an inch shorter than the average guy. I'm like you except I'm an inch shorter, and I do feel insecure about it. So I guess saying no would make me a bit of a hypocrite.

  • How tall are you? Either ways I think it's normal to feel this way. I honestly feel that if I was taller I'd have more confidence.
