Is it normal that i have feelings for fictional characters?

As long as I can remember, I've had crushes on fictional characters. When I was 5, I had this obsession with Donald Duck.

It's only gotten worse. For a while I didn't have the feelings anymore and I thought I had grown out of it. Then I played the Mass Effect game ad fell head over heels for Garrus Vakarian.

I just want to know, do some people out there feel this way too?

    I have crazy feelings for Zev/Xev Bellringer and Kai, last of the Brunnen-G. Utterly insane stuff but it still makes me smile. God bless Canadians and Germans everywhere for coming up with this!
