Is it normal that I have a really hard time showing my feelings to the people I care about. So much difficulty that they sometimes don't believe me when I tell the truth about what I feel.

    I'm exactly the same. My brain doesn't balance serotonin correctly, causing me to act on impulse and show little empathy or genuine concern for others.

      That sounds a lot like me. I find I act almost all the time on impulse and don't really think about what I say sometimes.

        Are you prone to becoming annoyed really quickly?

        Because it might be serotonin imbalance. They found that psychopaths have it....thats why they appear so confident...because they don't have a tiny voice that says "don't say that". Just like why they do bad things on impulse...no voice saying "don't do that"

        Anyway it's worth asking a doctor about.
