  • What you're experiencing is called "intrusive memories", which is a symptom of stress and in many cases, depression.

    My guess is that your diet is probably not great or you're not breathing properly, or both. For the latter, make sure breathe through your nose and never through your mouth. Mouthbreathing is 100% going to kick in your high stress, flight-or-fight response.

    This is the sort of state that those intrusive memories thrive in.

    • I tend to have such memories. Even things that are like 30 years passed. I never knew there was a name for it.

      Of course it is nothing on social media, I am a bit old to worry about that.
