  • It's just you. And by that I mean it is one of those things that makes you - you. I have them too and I find nutrition and moisture to be the key to keeping them under control. Do they get worse in the winter or when your skin is dry?
Try using a (natural) lotion, drinking lots of water, and eating foods high in good fats. Almonds are a great snack for healthy skin.
Unsaturated fats help keep our skin healthy and when we make the mistake of eating the typical American diet or going on a diet we run the risk of throwing our body all out of balance.
McDonald's is not food. Food does not come out of windows, boxes, bags, and cans. Food comes in peels, rinds, and bunches. Real food has color, texture, flavor, and is good for you. You can eat as much real food as you want.
NOT-Food, processed food products, and sodas make our skin do weird things and lead to diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
Nourish your skin from the inside and join the organic revolution.
