I've got them too, I haven't found anything that helps-the dermatologist gave me some kind of scrub years ago, but that didn't help either. I've got it on my cheeks too. My sister has them so maybe it's genetic? I find myself picking at them when I'm bored/nervous. I'd say normal, and let me know if you find anything that helps.
