IIN that I have an overwhelming desire to swap lives with another person

I used to be tormented with thoughts of switching lives (and gender) with some of the girls I chilled with in the dorm. Still am, just to a lesser extent. I can't help but be curious as to what being someone else is like, or how me being of a different gender might feel. I'd say it's normal :]
