Is it normal that i have an obsession with skirts, possibly a fetish?

I really like skirts, in a sexual way. But I'm a girl, so it almost feels odd, I like guys a lot, but when girls wear skirts it turns me on. I especially schoolgirl-like ones. Three-fourths down the thigh or shorter, usually. However, I hate really tight skirts. I fantasize about girls having sex in skirts. When looking up clothes on the internet, I go to skirts section and get really turned on. I just cannot help it. I've even drawn sexual scenes involving skirts that have taken more than a week to finish. I've been like this for a couple years. By chance, is this a fetish? Is this normal?

    This is definitely normal. Skirts are revealing in the most subtle ways, when I wear a skirt I get so turned on at the thought of having an upskirt moment or people seeing what's underneath!

    i'd say it's a fetish, and a normal one.

    I wear pants/jeans most of the year(except summer), and both dresses and skirts are somewhat "sexualized" for me. Basically if i wear a skirt, it's either really hot outside or for quick and easy access(i don't wear underwear most of the time).

    So while it's an "aquired" taste for me, i can fully understand your sexual focus on them.
