That's kinda why he said if you're a Christian who doesn't do all that stuff, he's sorry for generalising. And they kinda are, the Bible clearly states you should love everyone, it's a recurring idea, yet one sentence about gays and apparently we need to kill them all. And no, not all Christians are like that, but there are some that seem to act that way and I think extremists like that are what OP's pissed about.
