  • I would read a book or two about sleep hygiene. Try the tips. Be open minded about it. It may just help.

    If you legitimately think you may have a mental disorder, make an appt. with a doctor. They can do proper testing and get to the root of the problem.

    But definitely try some sleep hygiene books and tips first. It will likely help.
