Is it normal that i have a weird lump and pain?

So I have a strange lump in my ball sack. My first thought was 'cancer!', but I'm not too sure...

For one, it's not a real lump. it's more like... scrambled egg! it's just like scrambled egg. It's around the tubes going from my left testis to my body.

The other point is; it's not always there! It comes and goes seemingly randomly. It's really confusing.

I just thought to ask there because- and I don't know if this is a separate issue- I had a horrible pain in my anus today. It was awful- like a small spike, moving around under the flesh. I couldn't feel it moving, but it was at different places around my ass, and it was the exact same feeling!

Sometimes it made me feel like I needed to crap, but I couldn't, presumably because I didn't really need. This is the first time this has happened.

Help?!?

    Check with your doc if it doesn’t go away. I had one and it just went away by itself.

      The "Scrambled egg" structure behind the balls is where the semen is stored.It is common for these tubes to get congested or inflamed.Congestion can be caused by lack of sexual activity and inflammation can be caused by physical trauma,which is easily done.Infection by bacteria can cause inflammation as well,in which case it's best to see your doctor.As for the anal pain this can be caused by your prostate which sits below your bladder and surrounds the urethra and is part of the same system.If you have an infection in your testis it can spread to your prostate and vice-versa.This can cause pain and discomfort in the anal region,it's also common to have a full sensation in your pelvic region.If it is a urinary tract infection a short course of antibiotics can clear it up.I have suffered with this problem once in the right testis and once in the left.On both occasions my testis ended up swelling up to the size of a large orange and was very painful.So best get it seem to!

    OK, so there's been a change!

    Basically, thats stopped happening. But there was a tiny little node, just to the right of my right ball, just attached, that felt like the testical itself. That had me panicking, until I found the mirror image of the left one???

    yeah, I would, but I don't know when I could go; someone would notice my mysterious absence :L

    But yeah, I'm really embarrassed to go and say, which is stupid, as I keep telling myself, but voices can't change what I feel inside...

    A couple of years ago I came out to my dad that I thought I had something up with me- at the time I thought it was testicular cancer- but I panicked and didn't answer his questions properly, and he dismissed it as being normal teenage worry. It made me feel better at the time, but since then the pain started and I've realised I panicked... I don't feel up for going back to him about it because he'll just think I'm paranoid, but...

    See a doctor. It's most likely nothing, but see a doctor just so you know you are safe.

    its probably a better idea to check with a doctor. we cant prescribe you pills or send you to specialists.
