Is it normal that i have a hard time making eye contact....

You're normal - I'm the same - when having conversations with people I can't maintain eye contact for very long or it feels awkward, I have to look somewhere else. And I don't usually have anything to say; i just sit back and listen. Helps if you have talkative friends :P

Stare at their forehead so it looks like you are making eye contact but your not.

me too but i consider myself kind of shy i can only express myself when i right or type well not really directly...... its hard to face a stranger and look at his/her eyes........and talk to them!!!!

i always look everyone in the eye...when i encounter people who look away and talk i think they arent being truthful or really dont give a fuck about the conversation...

I hardly ever make eye contact especially when I'm talking to another guy. I find it weird. I don't have this problem as much with girls though.
