I think it is normal! Everyone has their own fantasies, and if it is what makes you happy, then go for it!! :) Also, I think it is a quite common fetish to have. My boyfriend also has a foot fetish and I have no issue with it. And to the idiot above me, obviously no one would suck on dirty toes. Mmm or maybe you just don't wash your feet when you shower, in which case - yuck!
