I'm sorry, but this is just hilarious. Don't get me wrong, I feel your pain; certain types of disabled people make me hella uncomfortable too. But the idea of having a phobia of the mentally disabled, it's sooo politically incorrect, taboo, and random, it sounds like the set-up for a hilariously "awful" R-rated comedy movie.
