    That is a great thing to do. Don't you have trouble remembering them? I can never remember my dreams, I find it hard to put into words the parts I remember..it's such a hassle.

      I do it right when I wake up I keep the journal next to my bed.

        Lucky you, I still have a hard time putting my dreams (the parts I remember anyway..) into words. It's really odd.
