I have a crush on my teacher who is 12 years older than me. He is married. We have known each other for two years. He had always been there to help me when I was feeling down. He has also told me he has feelings for me but knows he can't act on them due to the teacher/student relationship. Is it normal? Can someome please give me their opinion?

    It's normal, but these days society will find a stupid reason to tell you it's not. It's not ok to take it any further because he's married, but having a crush on him is 100% normal.

    Normal enough and 12 years is difference is not that much as long as you are over 18?

    Different if you were 12 to 16.

    He's expressed his feelings too but he said he won't leave his wife which I wouldn't want him to. I don't wanna be a homewrecker lol

        Yeah, that's almost a bigger problem. As you get older the age difference becomes less important but a marriage (hopefully) lasts a lifetime.
