It's normal to be insecure, but it's not normal to automatically assume your boyfriend finds everyone else more attractive than he finds you. Just remember, if he didn't think you were beautiful he wouldn't have started dating you. You should tell him about your insecurity and if hes a good guy, he will more than likely try to help you through it.
Seeing nudity is something fairly common in adult life, this is something that is going to be a burden to you until you move past it at least enough to not feel so badly.
