Is it normal that I hate when people say poop?

Number two sounds just as child-like as "poop," to me. "Take a shit/dump" sounds odd to me. Where exacttly are you taking it?

Poop is a nice, simple, non vulgar way of saying it. "I have to defecate or have a bowl movement" I guess would be the most proper way.
