Only the most immature guys do that sort of thing. Really, it doesn't matter how old they are, their emotional immaturity shows through.
As far as disrespecting or respecting a woman just because she pushed you out of her uterus; I think it takes a bit more than that to earn my respect.
Women who see degradation in every joke or tease a guy utters have plenty of their own problems, so it's a bit ridiculous to take offense a remark about someone's mom by some immature male, when it isn't directed at her mom.
