Is it normal that i hate to exercise

I really hate exercising. Any type it just makes me angry for some reason like I'm not going fast enough or doing enough. Is that normal?

  • I exercise a lot but I would be kidding myself if I said it didn't suck! Lol 45 minutes on the treadmill.... Not fun.

    I did gym 5 times a week!

    you should learn how to be gratefull in this life instead being naive!

  • i think you have too high expectations to what exercise is. you could take a brisk walk and still be exercising or you could do yoga or pilates.

    • its torture. Especially since i started working out with a trainer. That guy can do to me in 30 mins what it takes me 1.5 hours to do. I used to think i was all big and bad with my whole 15 mins of cardio before lifting and 30 mins after. yeah... after 30 mins with that guy, i am incoherent and irrational... it sucks but looking good in your clothes makes it so worth it.

  • I agree with you. Being outdoors may work better for you than being inside of a gym.

  • Fucking HATE and ABHOR the treadmill.

    I look at the ticking time on the damn thing and I HATE IT so much!! I'm just like HIT THE FIFTEEN MINUTE MARK ALL FUCKING READY!!

    Running outside is much better because there's a change of scenery and there isn't some damn machine there to tell you how well you're doing. It's much more enjoyable. I'd do it more often if I didn't already spend a fortune on my gym membership. I'll just have to wait for it to expire...
