It's normal, but you're stunning anyway! I use makeup all the time too. I think it would be quite inconsiderate of me to expose the human eye to such a repulsive face as mine without it :-P
You look like you have a really bold style though, particularly with your bright blonde hair. Maybe the makeup just keeps your look in balance? If that makes any sense at all...
