In the UK if you can't afford the dentist you can go to the School of Dentistry in the hospital, where those who are training to be dentists work on your teeth, under supervision of course!!
Perhaps there is something similar near you, that could save you a small fortune.
Is it normal that I hate talking to people because of my teeth ???
