      Most people who want approval will lie. Politicians fall under that banner, but not everyone does. I agree with your assertion that a proportion of people may lie (they will) but I disagree with you that 100% of everyone who ever existed will lie. Some people won't lie.

        Oh, in my comment I meant all types of lies. Even small ones. I don't think anyone can "not lie." That's impossible. Everyone that is alive has lied at least once.
