Is it normal that I hate people who only exercise to look good?

  • My favorite escape for many years is working out and I also work in a warehouse lifting boxes all day plus I love playing sports and helping out in backyard. I used to be 80lbs but went up to 95lbs for health reasons. I can repeatively lift 30lbs over my head for 8 hours straight probably about 200x but anymore than that I would need to take breaks. I also work out tons when I get home. I used to work out to Insanity Fitness and p90x for 5 hours a day but when I got to 80lbs my bf made me see a doctor who wanted to send me to a hospital. I protested and agreed to eat more and cut down on my exercising. I look and feel better now I guess but I lovvvve working out sooo much. I miss the adrenaline rush.
