Is it normal that I hate people who only exercise to look good?

  • Don't see how it's any different from exercising to be healthy. Either way you're doing it for yourself.

    Also, don't be so sure your friend still hates exercise. I hated it before I properly started because I'd get tired so fast. Now, when I can run for a long time without getting tired, I love it. Exercise only sucks when you're super unfit because it's a lot of effort and hurts your muscles the next day. When you're used to it? A great stress reliever and honestly can be pretty fun.
