Intelligence can't even be measured accurately. The IQ test overlooks several important traditional components and has been mostly discredited in the country I live in (and many others outside the U.S.), on top of which it has even been accused of racism.
Even if you firmly believe in the IQ test, average scores range from 90 to 110, and anything over 130 is MENSA-eligible as far as I know. 145 is the cutoff mark for genius typically, and plenty of people with an IQ below 130 do very well in highly academic careers. If your sister talks down to you because of this, she's just being a bitch (alternately, if you're surrounded by super-geniuses then even your considerable intelligence could appear stupid- don't let that convince you).
