You're letting your past define who you are. How about this, if you die "violently" do you think anyone would ever care? Clearly you won't find happiness within yourself, pick up someone's pen when they drop it, always wear a smile on your face and let people in. Voice your opinions, your troubles as they come, don't let them bundle up. Be that person because no one will ever live your life for you
