I love my whole family to bits but I just can't stand my mother. Her and I are complete opposites and argue at almost everything. She is super chilled out, laid back and really unorganised which grinds my gears cause I'm the complete opposite. Even the way she talks, laughs and walks sometimes irritates me to a point where I snap and I end up taking it out on everyone. I could be having the best day but get home and all she has to do is ask me a question and I get annoyed and am not in a good mood anymore. Although she is genuinely a nice person and doesn't do anything to intentionally annoy or bother me but I just can't stand her most of the time. I feel like this is a terrible thing to say about he person that raised you but I just can't help the way I feel so is it normal?

    You sound like me, but she's your mother and you must love her. I had an issue with my dad, the way he used to eat (he no longer does so I'm glad I took issue loool) we fell out completely and didn't talk for years. My father is extremely organised and a great guy though, so I never really hated him. Just try to put up with your mother.
