    I don't think you're abnormal at all. I know two couples that have been going out for years, and they are constantly checking up on eachother. It doesn't seem to bug either of them, they just like to know that they're both and safe. I personally get annoyed when someone is checking up on me 24/7 but I can see why you'd feel like that
