I know what it's like to be upset about things and not not why and not be able to control it, even though I shouldn't be feeling that way. But I agree that if you don't solve this problem it could cost you your relationship. I'd actually suggest going to a psychologist or couples therapy. You might not know why you are reacting the way you are, but psychologists are trained to help people find the hidden causes of their behavior and help them fix it.
