It's normal for someone with OCD to feel little to no emotions in general, especially early on or before treatment. OCD often leads to depression and being apathetic to many things. There are other factors specific to each individual that can also make you feel that way.
There is also the possibility that it has nothing to do with your OCD, though it is less likely, and it can be very hard to filter what is caused by your OCD and what isn't until you become more familiar with it.
