I commend and respect your 200%. Not only do you have to deal with your "handicaps", you have to deal with the rude people of this society. I want you to know that although most of this world is inhabited by disgusting creatures, there are also good people. Just think about the positive, because there's always both, so why not be positive. As for the people who look down on you, just prove them wrong. It may be a long fight, but all fights have to start somewhere. Kill em with the kindness.
