You're racist. You need to understand they they are just as human as you and all of the natives. They are individual humans so you shouldn't group them and hate them all. Also your job as a your guide means you'll be guiding tours of your town to outsiders i.e. Immigrants. Maybe you should find another job and also try to overcome your feelings towards an intire group of people

The thing is sometimes a local native might have a point. So, let them speak openly about whatever it is they don't like. Let's be understanding of all parties. Let them talk to create a compromise, right?
Imagine if you had to suddenly share your territory with people not remotely like you. How would you feel about that (this is a thought experiment, alright)? Local natives tend to want to preserve their cultural heritage. Maybe this person sees these immigrants as way too different to Prague's character? I don't know, just asking the question. Curious to know what the dislike stems from.
