Is it normal that i hate him so much?

Move to another state OR marry him. I'm not sure there is any choice in between.

You're in love with the guy. But you're telling yourself it's not gonna work and you're just angry with the way he's behaving or not behaving. It's crazy, I know. It happened to me, my friend, and now he's my boyfriend. :-)

He's taking up too much of your energy and if you don't secretly like him, then it's not really any of your concern how he behaves. I wouldn't waste any more brain power on him so try to focus on something much nicer.

As you get older, you'll just shrug your shoulders and roll your eyes when you have to deal with these type of people.

If you find yourself in danger of hating someone, avoid them. Don't put yourself in a situation where you'll give vent to useless anger.

He does sound like a jerk. But maybe you hate him because now that you've come to your senses you're secretly disgusted with youself for having ever liked him in the first place.

Give yourself a break and just stay away from him. It may sound corny but if he's as bad a guy as your post suggests you can actually pray and thank God that you've never had anything to do with him. I don't mean to play arm chair therapist but I get the impression that your hate for him is more about you being afraid of being attracted to more guys like him in the future and or possibly getting involved than it is about him and his über douchey ways.

Have sex with him once, then ignore his calls and text, then tell a couple of people hes gota lil dick..

It's normal, but pointless, wasteful and harmful. Mad is for when a friend has done something that hurt you and you want them to make amends.

If they're not a friend and you don't think there's anything to patch up or it's beyond repair, don't get mad, get RID.

Ignore this guy. Shut him out of your thoughts; out of your life. Think of him as furniture: you'll walk around him same as you'd walk around a coffee table you didn't particularly like, trying not to look.

Just don't even pay attention to him. One day, you probably won't see him anymore.

I don't know if you're in college right now, but a lot of times when people leave for college they leave a lot of people behind, and you really don't see the assholes ever again. If you are in college, but you still see him, then you really can't do much, but force yourself to forget about him. Completely ignore him. Don't let what he does bother you. Don't even pay attention to what he does.
