Is it normal that i hate everyone around me??

Sometimes when I get pissed off, I like to think bad things about the people around me. For example, if I get frustrated in math class or something, I'll look at someone and think, "I loathe you for not shutting up when the teacher tells you to and getting us all in trouble." Then I turn around and look at someone else and think, "I loathe you for thinking you're so much more popular than I am." Even when I'm not around people I know and I'm pissed, I'll think bad things about bystanders' appearances, like what they wear, the colour of their hair or skin, or the way they talk. I feel like a bully and want to stop. Is this anyone else's therapy?

  • I used to think like you. What stopped me was channeling my anger into myself. Sounds unhealthy but their will be a subconscious part of you that knows your not at fault. Don't turn your thoughts into actions.

    jealousy is a curse.
These people all have the same right as you for living their life their way.
Your thoughts are yours, just don't turn them into actions. I think you are better off feeling good for these people else it may show on your face one day as a grumpy old man.

It's easy to fall into this kind of negativity sometimes. It happened to me at a place where I used to work to the extent that I was shocked at my own thoughts. Then I forced myself to find at least one likeable thing about each person. And it worked for me. It really transformed my outlook. The more I looked for nice things, the more I saw them. Maybe it will work you. Just try to focus on the good rather than the bad.
