The northern English aren't really nobs, a nob is someone with high social class and wealth. The word more for the northern English is lout, they're more crude and unrefined up north. They're more sophisticated and mannerly in the south, and also less prejudiced than up north. Since you're in the south, you are where they are nicer. I've been all around the UK, I lived there for 4 years, and I've found that there's no doubt about any of this.
Is it normal that I hate English people?

It's no problem. I'm just speaking from my experiences from being in England. Different people have different experiences and opinions.
