Please show me where I said it applied to "all dogs." Of course, it doesn't apply to "all dogs" because some dogs are controlled inside a fenced yard, some dogs are too small to chase down and kill animals, etc., etc. You must be around 10 years old because I cannot believe a person any older would make the stupid statements you have made.
