Is it normal that i hate being watched?

I hate being watched by others. If I'm in a room with a person I watch that person to see if it's watching me...If it does watch me and let's say I want to move I think twice about it because I'll look strange and can't fully control myself if I'm being watched.
If the person is not watching me I look at her every minute just to see if it's watching me. If it's not I feel ok and comfortable.

PS: Excuse me for my bad english. I hope you understood what I want to say.

To talk about a person Never say it. Say "he" for boy. Say "she" for girl. Say "they" if you don't know, or if it could be both. Never it, this is not only incorrect but actually very rude.

Also I personally am not upset. But I am telling you to help you learn English.

Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it. I wanted to say he/she, to refer to any genre and I thought that "it" will work.

I understand. For any gender say "they". Use 'it' for object and sometimes animal, never people. No problem!

Not normal. You shouldn't be that obsessed with such a small thing. You might have social anxiety.

It’s okay if you don’t like being watched, but I wouldn’t obsess about it so much. If you truly van’t stand it then tell them that you feel uncomfortable about them staring or leave the room.

It's understandable because some people are pricks and stare at other people judgmentally because some people today are shallow, judgemental pricks. Best advice is, don't pay them any notice. You've given them the satisfaction if you show them that you've taken notice. Don't give them the satisfaction, you are better than that. It doesn't matter if there are other people who don't like you. There are some people out there who don't like anybody, they're just mad at the world.
Like a guy at my old job jokingly said, "I'm an equal opportunities hater, I hate everybody". He was only joking, but the good thing about those types is that you should never ever take that personally (unless he starts liking you, then he'll be singling you out. Lol).
Even when someone for some stupid, shallow reason doesn't like you and likes others. Maybe at that particular moment and place, he/she could be singling only you out, but I gaurantee that in the past that person has done the same thing to others. Nobody will suddenly start singling out one person for the first time in their 30s or 40s, even 20s.
Anyway, whenever someone singles you out and doesn't like you, the most important thing to do is to make sure that you keep liking you. Always. No matter what anyone else says.
