Your second paragraph sounds like a wish list I might have as well, and I am a man. Some of these things may be possible anyways though.
Building muscle is a fairly well developed science. I don't know what exactly you're looking for but you can find advice online if you need it.
Risk aversion is trickier, and the only advice I have I'm not doing myself so I'm not even going to mention it.
Spatial awareness is an interesting one. Men seem to be better at some aspects and women at others. The only apt description I have heard is that men know how to get places and women know how far away they are. There's little you do to help with this one except for simply practicing.
As for keeping your head quiet, personally I've found exercising to be very useful for this.
As for the discrimination bits, I'm sorry society is like that but it does seem to be getting better slowly. I know that probably sounds hollow coming from a guy, but it's true.
