I'm very jealous of you. I have always had a passion for art, but I never feel like I'm "good enough" at it. My family members all think I'm way too hard on myself and that I could turn pro if I wanted to, but there are so many other people in the world who are way more talented than I'll ever be. My art is kindergarten scribbles compared to theirs, and I feel like I'll never catch up.
Art takes time it's kind of like a sport with the same two teams the paper vs. your imagination. It just depends how far you take it, can you push yourself overtime or will you just give up in a matter of minutes. I recommend some "blind contour line drawings" just to get yourself started in an artistic career.
Is it normal that I hate art but moderately good at it?
