Is it normal that i had mustache in third grade?

When I was 9-10 yrs old (3rd Grade) my mustache started to grow. On the other boys in the class started in like around 11-12 (5th Grade) + I had started to have only one Eyebrow and from then to now I still remove them with Tweezers. Is This Normal?

    It's very normal for Arab girls to have a 'handle bar' by the age of 10....and be married to their 30yo uncle.

    Not normal. However, there are some cultures where the people tend to be naturally hairy.
