Having feelings for your cousin is normal. It's not advised, but it isn't illegal either. When I was 14(now 19)I found out that my grandmother all my life, was actually my 3rd cousin. She & my grandfather were first cousins & fell in love with each other. While they never had kids, they did marry. So, I would suggest seeing if these feelings you have are real or not, or if it was just a curious thing, as you were a young age.
